These are the details of my ECU remap 1st Map – Loaded in took 20minutes. Started the engine. On idling can hear pistons knocking. Ignition timing settings too high. Retard too advance. Acceleration very nice and a lot of torque. 2nd Map - Loaded in took 20minutes. Started the engine. No knocking. Drove around. Beautiful torque from 2000rpm to 7200rpm on 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear but unfortunately at 1000rpm to 2000rpm during slow taking off. Got slight knocking. 3rd Map - Loaded in took 20minutes. By this time its already 12.30am (6 Hours). Same as 2nd Map. Car power feels like stock. 4th Map - Went home to shower and met up with Bernard again at 1.30am. However, it was still the same as 2nd map. If this map no knocking then will load in 5th Map, which will have more power on the high end. Unfortunately we had to load back the original map. Reach home at 3.45am. Conclusion 1) Anti knocking sensor faulty but OBC didn’t detect anything. 2) RON95 causing these knocks but re-mapping should be done on this RON, so when use higher RON, performance will be better. Next step of Action 1) Go to Ingress and diagnose Anti knocking sensor, if got fault then change. Re-flash Engine ECU and Gearbox ECU. 2) Bernard will write a fresh software :( :( :(
