Cars with category C or D damage cannot be brought back to Malaysia. These cars are usually the cheapest on autotrader. Some have said there are cat C or D and they still fix the exterior like new, but the frame structure has already been crushed some sort making it road unworthy. Bristol. Nice warm place compared to Dundee. In fact, we still don't know how come that place is placed under "Rate B" of scholarship payouts, when Glasgow, Manchester are Rate C when its cheaper to stay in Bristol... Malaysians studying in Bristol under government scheme are so rich.
