My shock absorbers are coming to their end of life, and was wondering if there was any recommendations for absorbers? I am looking for the comfort + performance 50-50 balance type abs.Have been looking at the Titans and possibly the Bilsteins..Any recommendations of which is the better or which absorbers to completely stay away from?Has anyone tried the Titans on an e34?

There are quite a few brands available

1) BOGE
2) SACHS - norm and sport
3) KONI - sport
4) Bilstein - touring, heavy duty and sport

1) TITAN - customized.

Anybody used Eibach Pro-Kit ? I saw this in S'pore last weekend and the guy said it's better than Bilstein Sport.

I believe both Eibach and H & R do not make their own absorbers - they use Bilsteins tuned to their specifications. Bilstein supposed to be serviceable, but unfortunately not in Malaysia. If you want to spend that kind of money, might as well go for Titan or HWL, where you can claim warranty or replace worn out seals for a few hundred RM rather than get a new set every few years.

Bilsteins..............they have amazing service life! Will definately outlaast the competition in terms of longevity! But beware of imitations, the market is flooded with them.

Kevster,
Where to get the ori-bilsteins streetline/sportline then?
Shopping around to change my car's springs (and/or shocks as well - if the pricing is reasonable).

Thanks.
