My H&R from a friend.....a used set so I dun know who sells it new... I had Apex before but not on a bimmer but Zoggee ( & likely Fabian ) had this spring ( with Koni abs for Zoggee ) and said its good too. I had no complaints on Apex. On Eibach springs....well, many has this set up and some swear by it as a good compromise esp when used with the Black Touring Blisteins. So my rating...jeng jeng H&R is very firm, more for hardcore users and need a heavy duty shockers M Tech springs.....very firm also and I had a stock abs so the ride was TERRIBLE n harsh but like due to wrong abs matching. Apex is comfy and less firm than H&R Eibach is most comfortable, so a good compromise for a daily drive car. My suggestion is get the Eibach/Blistein black combo and spend the money on a very good ARB. ( read Ireland Engineering ) - I think this is a good compromise! Suggestion above are for E30 only..... Last of all, Bro Na993 - I dun know who bought the zender lar....PM me...
