What I did with my previous purchase before BMW is that I was totally ignored when I step into the showroom and continued to be ignored for the past 15 mins by almost 8 sales staff so I went into their sales manager's office and told him about his staff attitude. He was apologetic and had his staff attend to me but I said to them the damage has already been done so I'll purchase my vehicle elsewhere and guess what, the next dealer that I visited was top notch.It's just me but I always have to tell people off into their faces when I'm properly treated.</blockquote>
