Dear members,I am currently using 66din for my E39 523i... but today, some wise man told me that i am actually using a battery with a wrong size, and should use bigger... he says that using a smaller battery could cause problem to some part of the engine, including gearbox... so, now I am wonder what is actually the right/ideal size?thanks.

find the answer to one critical question, which component supply power to the whole car when the engine is off and when it is on..

DIN66, DIN88 ,DIN100 are all compatible with our car..it just a matter of crank supply and the amount off accessories in the car which require power when the engine is off

Be aware that our car are programmed to charge our battery as per it's original battery size. If it come with DIN88, you will see in INPA NCS expert that it charge -B090. That's explain why some new batt don't last as long especially when we install a different capacity without register it to our car.

Will post a step by step later today
