5 months since I took my white/sport/black interior f30 320i home - and still loving it! :). There are few things that I like about the car as follows:- 1. Price and brand wise - it is comparable to other continental models and yet it's name/brand excudes the pride of engineering and design quality that are well accepted or sought after imho. 2. The design of f30's exterior - is something extra ordaniary i think. I am still having some difficulties justifying to myself if I should change the look, i.e. if i shoudl replace the bumpers or add on extra skirting, etc. The only thing that I am thinking of changing now perhaps having that m-sport brake pad or getting bigger wheels. So, the car's look is very cool imho and that's what I like. 3. Interior wise - 320i is the lesser of the series, a disappointment was on the absence of the GPS system and small screen. As time flies I came to accept this little handicap as based on my 3 Singapore trips so far, my old Garmin GPS still works fine. Apart from navigating in places like Spore, Cheras or Pandan (I am pretty much a peejay boy) and some places which I seldom visit..the Garmin thingy is pretty much kept in the compartment. As a result it is not a real loss to me. On the bigger screen -yes, the bigger one in 328i is surely a lot cooler and what more some owners say even can watch movie...I can appreciate that but my usage is pretty simple - mp3 via usb & handfree hp...so, it is enough for me. But any of you guys not realising there is built a sun shade at the real screen? Well I didn't at first..silly me, I thought that was a pleasant surprise though. 4. The sheer driving pleasure - for 320i with 7.3 sec to 100km/hr, isn't so bad on normal road imho. It is not the fastest car but fast enough if you try ramming the pedal at midnight - no, i don't advocate speeding after that TT sessions hehehe, but speed isn't everything to me, it is the feel of the car, the thick steering and the the engine that is able to respond, that count. Maybe a little bit of exhaust sound...perhaps my next endavour.. To sum up imho it is the bmw feeling that what makes the difference - cheers mate!
