Aiyaa.. very simple lah.. The connection for the negative side which is connected to the body is loose.. check this cable lug and make sure that it have a firm grip on the body of the headlamp. Change the cable lug if there is sign of burnt mark...The reason for the bulb to blow is due the loose contact. it will cause the bulb to repeatly switch "ON and OFF" when the car is running. This will cause the lifespan of the bulb to be decreased drastically.good luck..
