wet carpet

Noticed a wet carpet on passenger and driver side carpet during cleaning today. The carpet is soaked.Noticed water under the carpet when I put my hand under it. Called up BMW Ipoh and they can only attend to it on Friday ! Has anyone encountered similar problem in their f30s. Worried of the outcome of Fridays appointment .

Managed to send the car yesterday to service centre. Today they called me saying they found the cause of the wet carpet. The aircond hose bringing out the air cond condensation water was spoiled making the water seep onto the floor. Need to change the tubing. For the rusted seats they will repaint the frame. Car expected to ready on Wednesday only .
Prestigious brand with paraya problems. Real shame to BMW malaysia . my car is just 3 months old :14::
Any others having this problem ? Am I entitled for a replacement car till they complete the repair ? What should I do next ? Any benefit writing a complain to BMW Malaysia ?

Bro, i would advise you to INSIST that they replace the rusted seat frames, NOT REPAINT!
You will not know if they did a good job after the repaint.
I got mine replaced FOC and the frame should be silver in color and not black.

Oh ok will do that . thanks honey282. They called me today and gave a replacement car till the repairs done. The manager told me the outlet hose was not properly fitted at the factory and hence the leakage. BMW Malaysia quality sucks. I think CBU will not have this kind of low class problems. Just wonder if I can demand for a new car to replace this car .:motz:

Got back my car yesterday. Going to sue BMW for slacking in QC. How can they don't fit properly then hose at the factory ? What happens if they don't fit the brakes properly? How to trust BMW after this.
