Weird Smell

I have notice that since the day I receive my e46, there is a weird smell coming out from the front bonnet early in the morning when i warm up my car. It last about 3-5 minutes, once the car is warm up, the smell is gone. It only happen when the car engine is cool. Any e46 owners have this experience?

Coolant smell? (maybe expansion tank due to change lio)

Burnt oil smell? (maybe leaky gasket during the night)

Both above are common E46 problems.
