Malakoff have a 40% stake in Kapar Power Station which was 100% previously owned by TNB. So by having a share, Malakoff and TNB are also related. In fact most of the "later" IPP are related to TNB coz most of the Power Station used to belong to TNB.Hence by association, TNB is also an IPP related.
