For my ex e36 the electrical adjuster will control by the computer and switch. When the car goes downhill then the headlight will low down and up hill will goes up. But my e39 will not low down and goes up when down and up hill. So it just only let u control from the switch and no auto adjust but my ex e36 got auto adjustment.e39 2 manual adjusters for angel eyes headlights will break for after few years and it need to be replace.</blockquote>
