sorry to hear about it ...but perhaps your time is not in your side ..KARMA kept you away from that car ...it's not only you , but i've and many others out there too went through the same ordeal when it comes to used car ...IM ..make sure when ever you place a deposit , ask them to write it black and white the term and condition the purpose of the deposit and what happens if for instance the loan is being rejected ...you get back the full amount ...there is a grey area when comes to this deposit matter ...if they are not willing to write it down , would show their intention of selling the car is not genuine ....any sort of cash trasfer is a NO NO ....
