With warning that the removal may have a discrete chance to damage my rear window defogger. I looked at him and ask him to proceed. They will do everything for u, for the sake of jaga-ing the brand's image.Another advice to all. If your insist to claim V-Kool warranty, don't go there the last day of the warranty because u must allow time for them to perform the warranty replacement, "WITHIN" WARRANTY PERIOD. :stupid:</blockquote>
