I just replaced my other car's tint film few days before 5 years warranty expired. I wanted to complain peeling because one small section of the driver side window, the film is larger than the glass so its protruding out and start to peel. When I drove the MPV back to V-Kool HQ at Sec19 PJ, the "inspector" noticed stretch marks or streaks on all windows, despite minor he advice replace all. With warning that the removal may have a discrete chance to damage my rear window defogger. I looked at him and ask him to proceed. I never use the defogger for the past 5 years because I have a rear wiper! duh! Btw, I'm not even using V-Kool, but SolarGuard, one of their represented low cost product.. :p What I'm trying to say is, grab your warranty card along, go to the V-Kool HQ at Sec19. They will do everything for u, for the sake of jaga-ing the brand's image. Another advice to all. If your insist to claim V-Kool warranty, don't go there the last day of the warranty because u must allow time for them to perform the warranty replacement, "WITHIN" WARRANTY PERIOD. :stupid:
