upgrading obc to 18 buttons and recommend wireman

anybody has successfully upgraded his obc to the m3 18 button obc? which wireman did the job? contact appreciated.

Changed my OBC to 18 button OBC many years ago. No re-wiring required. The harness and connectors already there, plug & play only.
Mine is 1995 E36 325.

In my 325, the connector and harness already there. Only 1 connector used for the old 4 button OBC.
You can pull out your existing OBC and try to find the other connector hidden behind it.
The DIY mod in your link could be for 318, my guess..
