I plan for an overhaul soo...i guess might as well upgrade it to 2.8L. I've searched the forum for some answers n here's my option - 1 - stroke it to 2.8L - which requires pistons, cams, n ?? cylinder head as well?? anything else?? 2 - buy a half cut M52B28 and plonk it in ?? 3 - overhaul the 2.5L n keep it ----> booriiingI'v asked my mech bout my plans n he said he has the 2.8L pistons n cams from his prev e46 n willing to let it go to me for a discount. But he says that since his was a double vanos cant use my cylinder head???.... i'm confused. He asked me to look for it my self or he can find it for me.
