RM600 for PS 3 225/55/16 is cheap as I bought mine for more than that. If you are not on tight budget, go for PS 3.

That's very good price for PS 3 225/55/16. I bought mine in Oct 2011 and paid cash for RM 615 each.

Bro, you can check the treadwear on the tyre. My Bridgestone RE050a has treadwear 150, so I'm not expecting it to last very very long.

Bro peter2118,

If your Bridgestone GR90 has treadwear 260, that means it would relatively last almost twice as long compare to my Bridgestone RE050a.

Simple calculation 260/150 = 1.733 times longer

Treadwear is meaningful when comparing between tyres from same manufacturer, as it's a relative number. A Bridgestone treadwear 300 does not necessary mean can last twice as long as Goodyear treadwear 150 for example.

For some discounted tires, dont forget to check the date of manufacture of the tire. Do not buy tire manufactured more than 2 years old. The date is in a circle (WWYY).
WW = week
YY = Year

Replaced my two rear tyres at Tek Ming Sunway a few days ago - Toyo C1S 225x50x17 @ RM428 each inclusive of balancing.

Very quiet and comfortable ride.

Our 16 inch tyre for e39 is a very rare spec that is y more expensive. 17 inch and 18 inch more common and can find it in almost all big tyre shop.
