Thanks for the pix, Jarance.... but I don't think my original wheels come with that device.  When the tyre shop pried open those worn out original Bridgestone tyres, I original air valve looked like any other ordinary rubber ones.  Don't have that square black-thingy wor.  I asked the tyre shop (Speedline @ Kota Damansara) fella and he said the it uses "Infra-red" to gauge the tyre pressure.  I am a bit sceptical on that infra-red explanation, so I thought of asking here to get a better understanding.
