Hi Guys, I get that "thud" sound when I am in stop go traffic. So when I press the accelerator after I just stop/brake then that sound can sometimes be heard but not all the time. Sounds like something just got unstuck. After my ATF change the gear changes are smoother and the "thud" sound is much softer but the sound is still there. I was told that the rear axle bushing or something like that needs to be replaced. From the sound it looks like a mechanical problem or wear and tear to me.
