Trans failsafe prog & tyre puncture

Hi,I keep getting trans failsafe prog and did OBDII scan and got fault code as followEGS - 48FF - Ratio monitoring, gearshift 2-3 ( car will stay in 1st or 2nd gear only )PDC- 9E30 - Transducer, front right PDC - 9E36 -Transducer lines, rear centre rightalso the dash keep showing tyre puncture but none of the tyre is punctured.I tried scanning the tyre pressure control but couldn't get inside.I am using X431 Launch.Leave some advise, thanks!
