I am suggesting that the installation of an Alpina chip, Superchip etc made by reputable tuners will not have power gains. Fact: If you plug in those chips, your car would probably drive slower with possible engine damage. Those chips were tuned in europe. They have a different grade of fuel together with their european climate. It will not work as they claim. I have a personal friend who imported in a chip for his C36, he ripped it out after installing it. Unless you get the chip tuned here locally by a guy who knows what he is doing. Its not the chip, the power gain is based on the skills of the tuner.
