hey guys..had a small misfortune today.while trying to accomodate a rather long object inside my E46,this furniture store guy actually hit my rear window screen and it made a small tear on the tinted film.i was so mad but there was nothing much i cud do as the thing happened so fast..question now is what can be done to rectify the problem.i'm afraid that the film might one day crop up air bubbles that wud in time hamper rear visibility not to mention looking ugly!!!i asked around and they said i'd have to take out the film and re-do it all over again.but at the risk of damaging the heating elements!!!DARN IT!!!!! anyone have any suggestions?? HELP!!!!!
I understand that there is warranty but since it is damaged n not defects, u may have to replace it. I am sure the tint shop should be able to do a good job on the heater as I have one replaced be4. Get the professional..................... :yahoo:
