Because IIRC e36 M front bumper is about $175 US from one of the retailers (not-OEM). I don't imagine freight to cost more than $100? Now perhaps customs is gonna slaughter you, so that's why I'm asking. 3-4k ringgit for non-OEM bumpers and sideskirts are a little prohibitive isn't it.
