On E30 Tom's has write a very detailed report on his ZTH site. My friend's Volvo 940 Turbo also using Titan Absorbers ( using back his own coils )....and now I'm thinking to install it soon ( early 2005 )So any TITANed E34 out there want to share experiences ?Please write it here or PM me.Thank you.

Urrrrrhhhh, my car was already TITANED when I got it... can say whether it is better than stock because I have yet to drive a stock 325i. But can say that the suspension is firm.

How much do they cost anyway (for E30 6 pot)? Are they coil overs? My Bilstein Blacks or ok fur now but I find them kinda....SOFT!....wuz wondering if the Titans can be a cost effective next upgrade....especially if they are ride height adjustable :)

yeah mate....suprisingly :D...Im not hardcore track type but I am finding even the Bilstein (black)+eiback prokit setup not up to my expectations ....cud be a bit firmer *sigh* ...But dont get me wrong, they were a definite improvement from the BOGEs so on that score I am ok with it :)

I guess this will be on my next stress list ...Anyone installed them on a e36 328i ?????cARE TO SHARE CHEERS :D

eh how much for e30 six pot larrr? Dun have money now but need to set target to reach larr....

I don't know.. but there's nothing like inverted monotubes. Of course, price, they're not that cheap but then again, if you don't like the ride, one way or another the guys at titan will play with the damping and produce the ride feel you desire.. which is never ever possilble on the German suspension.i can't think of much to say now, need to go do my stuff.but all i gotta say is try it out.too bad i think my Eibach proi kit springs are kinda soft.. if they were harder.. it'll be better...

for Tom, he didn't go the coilover route... only changed the shockers... his front wheels won't clear the springs on the coilovers.... I might consider changing the shockers to TiTAN as well...

Hi all,Last time when enquired , the guy ( Richard i think? ) quoted me 2.2k for set of 4 on e30. The good thing is it is servicable by it's own manufacturer and have quite positive comments frm users.thks.

Quote from: KiNaKa Tom, would like to ask u about the Titan suspenion... how much do u bought it ??they come with the wheel knuckle ???i wonder how to remove the wheel knuckle from front absorber.... thankss
well basically, 1- They had to remove the front strut assembly and(prepare for this) CUT the knuckles and spring hats off the struts...2- Get their own shafts to be welded on3- their inverted monotubes would be incorprated inbasically, it means welding their shocks onto the existing E30 knuckles and spring hats. which equates to a shock/strut assemblyi brought my own used struts for that anyway.here's the pic

hope this clears the air

cos the inverted monotubes are so huge they won't slide into the existing struts! :)

yeah...just noticed that the strut housing is for a shock that looks like its twice bigger (in diameter) than the bilstein blacks!!

Um... the piston rod won't stab deeply into the absorber directly.. this giving the absorber having longer life.... am i right ??

Have a questions for all those BMW owners running with Titan shocks... do you experience the following...Everytime when I am about to come to a stop, just at the point of stopping, the car does a very slight yo-yoing effect. Note that this happens whether I press the brakes hard or soft. The yo-yoing effect is more pronounced when I press the brakes harder. However, the car handles ok while on the move...Anyway to eliminate the effect?
