The driver claimed to have lost control of the car due to an animal crossing. He probably tried to do so, but at what speed?? Probably way above the speed limit for him to totally lost control of his car.The other stuff is about our standard of driving. Most Malaysian drivers are seated wrongly, utilising wrong steering techniques and lacking knowledge of vehicle dynamics, let alone the practical experience of dealing with emergency situations. How do you deal with a big animal crossing your path of travelling? Have anyone done an emergency avoidance exercise? Do you know what to do when your car over/under steers? Before that, how many have experienced over/under steer? From my experience, very few did and the few that thinks they experienced over steer actually had understeer. How do you know when you have reach the limit going into a corner? So my advice is for all drivers to learn the proper way to drive which consists of the following items such as seating position, braking and steering techniques, emergency car handling and etc etc. You will be surprised how much better and safer a driver you can be, by learning these stuff which should have been taught in our Driving School. It does not have to be BMW driver training, some other manufacturers (Toyota, Mercedes, Audi and etc) do also offered some sort of driver training modules including Bridgestone. Try to attend one (best if you attend BMW's Training as it is the best!), it might just save your life.:top:Cheers</blockquote>
