How bad quality is a merc.. After taking the car for repair for 3 months and with countless calls and trying to claim merc for product fault, they would not want to repair it.. This car has been serviced by C&C all these 6 years yet.. It had many problems..  3 weeks ago, the gear box electronic failed, car gear cannot shift and stuck in sports mode.. The crank shaft and gear box electronic has cost me more than rm31k to repair this year.. Including this, I had spend over rm100k repairing this merc..I think bmw is a lot better.. At least they diagnos the car properly.. Merc cannot even find the problem until total product failure.. And they are willing to change the entire engine.. Which is good..Mercy will never do that despite all the problems and complains.. They will keep giving you faulty products.. And then charge you crazy price when the warranty is over.. They will not even give me a courtesy car.. And has the nerve to write a legal disclaimer to me.. Both C&C and mer Benz malaysia..</blockquote>
