Thinking of getting the first five...E12

Below is the brief description of the E12:1) Not original dashboard, fitted with E30 dashboard with crack everywhere.2) Not the original M30B28 engine anymore, fitted with E30 M20B20 engine auto, a little problem with the fuel pump only.3) Minor rush at the firewall, spare type compartment, wheel arches and under carriage.4) Need to do up the suspensions and all the bushing as the ride is hard and not confortable, with many freeplay and metal knocking/scratching sounds (Is it hard to get a new one since only E24 or E3 sharing the same suspension system with E12, not E28 if I'm right).5) The seats' fabric torn here and there.6) Missing driver side marker (turn signal) but got an extra rear passenger side light cluster cover.7) Seller having the car registration card from the owner but not yet transfer to his name (a risk if got stuck during the name transfer).Please share your opinion (will you get it for RM3k if you were me?) on getting this classic E12 and advice on the parts availability.
