the best absober for e30?

aiii..anybody can help me to choose the best absober for my e30 and their cost?

I doubt anyone can tell you what the best absorber is as there are so many different ones on the market today.

It's all down to personal preference. I'd go for something with both height and damping adjustment. Expensive, yes, but at least you can fine - tune to your own preferences.

While you're at it, and if you haven't already done it, try fitting a strut bar and changing the rubber bushes to polyurethane ones. It'll do wonders for your handling. Well, it worked on my friend's 325i! :lol:

Rear Merc W124 absorbers good oso.. Using it now.. just need to remachine the bottom nut holes.

My suspension set up:
Front : Eibach springs + Bilstein (Black)
Rear : Eibach springs + SACHS W124 rear shock abs.

Antiroll bars: Ireland Engineering front (3 settings) rear (multiple settings)

Front top mount: Custom made pillowball adjustable camber plates

Rear top mount: Custom made pillowball mount

Custom made lower control arm brackets with M3 offset (PU Bushes inserts)

I'm currently installing Bilstein Yellows in front... the back??? still looking for Bilstein Blacks... seems that 1st division in segambut ran out of stock :cry:

should be okay as my front is slightly heavier because of the b23 motor. :blush:

Try Munich or BA Segambut. They are selling at RM160@pc for rear :yes: .
