..as topic says...I just cant find any place where i can get 1 liter of technical or industrial alcohol (ethyl alcohol), for purpose of sanitizing, cleaning, etc..so..where, please ??

..yes, I want to clean up plastic ring holding leather attached to gear shift knob(basement), and i was thinking to use ethyl alcohol for cleaning up surface on car body , for M sticker.. im not sure is this good idea..
