<blockquote data-quote="gendong" data-source="post: 753858" data-attributes="member: 22402"><p>Attention Members with E46, E39 & E53</p><p></p><p>The Technical Campaign on the Takata Airbag Module is still on going by BMW Group Malaysia.</p><p></p><p>This is due to possible malfunctions with the gas generator of the front driver and passenger airbag if it is exposed to high absolute air humidity over a period of years and/or there are quality deficiencies in the production of the gas generator. </p><p></p><p>To ensure that your vehicle is in perfect working order, BMW Group Malaysia would like to recommend that you visit the respective authorized BMW Dealerships nationwide for the front driver and passenger airbag to be checked and replaced.</p><p></p><p>Please arrange for an appointment with any BMW authorized dealerships nationwide.
