sunroof issue

whenever i open fully my sunroof, there is no issue when closing it..however, if i open it halfway, there is some problem. the sunroof will hit the wind deflector. the wind deflector didnt go down fully to make way for the roof to close..anyone encounter this sort of problem before? can share you solution? thanks
