First of all congrats on your new ride bro! You are very lucky to have venom's ride as there are many in worse condition that his baby! I felt the same when I got my E36, I demand for so much and tired of my monthly pour toward my baby but as times goes, you will treasure it with lots of love. Many of us still miss our car even we have sold them.. My advice is to refinance the car for RM10,000 and use that fund to rebuild the car to your liking.. I am sure many of us will help you to souce for parts and workshop. Mineral engine oil is alright for your car as long you change it according to schedule, personally I feel prolong the change will hurt the engine more even we are using fully syn oil. You should have known that Puspakom will not pass the Tint as the regulation is clearly stated in the website, normally we will it removed by professional in promise to retint after the check. Jumpy ride is normal for lowered car, test drive a few of our member's ride bro.. some have spend more then RM5000 for their setup and to me it still feel bumpy.. Its our liking for comfort or control.. The understeer is caused by wide front tyres, try change it to 215 45 17 and you shall feel the different. Do seek help for other forumers to pinjam or give you their old spring and suspension as many keeping it for days they to sell their ride. Steering is light can be of you are used to front wheel drive car and personally I feel my Perdana steering with ori 16" rims is heavier then my E36 with 17" rims. Check your tyre pressure, keep them within 30-33 You are very lucky to own a manual E36 as its very rare and Venom has cured the worse illness on your behalf or else you are sitting on a time bomb that may cause you about RM4000-5000 Enjoy your ride bro.. p.s. I suppose to buy this car but due to limited parking space and also with the petrol price hike, I have not choice but to be happy with my VIOS and Perdana ...for now. You got this car at a huge bargain... if you post the price many will agree with me.
