Even after installing a hub centric cone, the rims may still not fit snugly onto the hub, thus creating vibration at speeds mention by you. I'm not sure whats the size of your car's wheel hub (maybe some otai can help out), but if you have done a on- wheel balancing, you will notice the tyre will be spinning and moving slightly along its vertical axis.Hope that helps.</blockquote>
