Scroll down, u will see ICQ, Skype, MSN, YahooMesssenger, etc. Fill it up and the moment u online, an icon will appear under your nick. People can click u and ICQ u, or MSN u, or Skype u and what not..If under KC or seech's nick no such contact icon, that means they didn't fill it up or prefer privacy. In such cases, you can always click on their nick and u get a list of option, send them a "Private Message".Maybe u referring to the Facebook chat feature.. good suggestion there but dunno can be carried out or not as it involve programming change to the forum script.
