sound krekkk... when turn right(360) from rear tyre

hi to all bimmers..... i m facing some prob with my car it happened yesterday, when i stop my car i turn right the steering (360), i heard sound like kreekk... and also when is running i m turn right the same sound i heard.. need help... some of my frend told me power steering oil is empty.. urgent reply... pls.. really apprtd

Check the steering oil level 1st bro, a simple DIY.
