sound in my engine

hi guys i have a problem here..my 330 ci having sound in the engine..the sound juz like a honda EX5's teppet had to much clearence ..can u all gimme idea where do i should go for a check..i heard there is one in Bt. Cave but dunno how good there are..got any recommendation...feel free to reply or can email me at nizam@inai.com.my
