Frankly, I haven't seen it myself, but I've been told my two E46 owners that the cover exists, and my mechanic confirmed it over the phone today.No its not the splash guard.......that's directly behind the front bumper, which I already have. This is cover is another lesser animal........and I shall tame this animal tomorrow at Happy Motors, Jalan Baru.
