posted this in the f10 forum. Thought it'll be a apt to post it here too since the diesel community here is pretty active
Couple of weeks ago, I read a review of a Mazda 2 diesel by the Sun motoring column.
Now, what caught my eye in the entire review is this section ....
The only barrier for Mazda 2 Skyactive D, for Malaysia at least, Is the apparent lack of Supply of clean and quality diesel. In fact, our test drive came with the specific condition Of refueling it either with euro 5 diesel in JB or a CERTAIN ORANGE BRAND ADDITIVE-RICH DIESEL FUEL.

This is the strongest endorsement yet of BHP diesel. My opinion is that bhp makes the engine run a tad quieter but caltex or Petronas seems to offer better feel of power. However, Petronas has a tendency to leave heavy soot marks on the tip of the exhaust.
Anyway, to give my car as much a clean diesel as possible, I'll stick with BHP from now
