does it come on continously or only slight smoke after idling? if large fumes its the oil separator which is around rm3xx and not 7xx. Slight fumes after long idle is due to the valve seals which is a top overhaul job, budget 2-3k for it and it should be alright.In the meantime monitor your oil level bro. N42 has this valve seal design issue that causes this.
