I do appreciate 2cents' observation that the Committee ought to distinguish what are genuine criticisms which can be workably accommodated to improve future events and silly nit-picks. If it's possible to find a carpark to be fully reserved for that number of cars yet it's close to a comfortable venue to miggle and feed, I would sure like to know the place. Let's not go overboard guys! cos if every event is organised only to lead to such debates on the nitty gritty, then it can discourage people from orgynising events and that would be quite sad!I also echo DD's wise clarification that ROS registration is an ongoing due process which doesn't impede the organising of great activities such as this. Elwine30 is undertaking this now and we should gib him a huge pat on the back for all the hard work without blowing trumpet. Meanwhile, I think (and this is my 2 cents!) the Committee should designate some of their fellas or other members to focus on planning and implementing a diversified portfolio of activities.</blockquote>
