shopping for a good gaming PC

Hi I'm shopping for a good desktop gaming PC. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good vendor or a good review site where I can start my search.Please don't recommend Alienware, they are way over priced, for chumps with too much money.Thank you

Firstly you have to know what kind of game you're gonna play, its requirement for hardware and software.
Secondly, a budget.
Last but not least, branded stuff is not always the best, try buying a custom one with all the hardware you would like to have.
