Bro, while you wait for an answer, pls allow me to ask you a few questions about the KWs...

a.) What model your UDM?
b.) Happy with the KW ? What benefits did you get ? My F30 is floaty... and I am itching to solve that problem...
c.) The cost you incurred in changing to the KWs ?
d.) Where did you do it ?

:)

Regards,
Marco.

Just noticed your reply bro.

1) 320d e90 LCI
2) it's worth every penny. Firm but can be floaty if you choose to set it. Only complaint is the adjustment is a pain in the @55
3) 7k+
4) Did it in sg

KW agent in malaysia is motorsport division. Maybe you can call them ask if they do servicing as well.

Hi, any update on this? My rear shocks (KW V1) on an E36 are now squeaking. Roadholding still good. No oil leak etc. Probably still can use if I can stand the noise.

The shocks at the rear are actually separate so I can still keep the springs. However, can't seem to find just the shocks. It's usually sold in a complete set (front & rear).

If really can't service or replace with KW, I'm thinking of switching the rear shocks to Koni Yellow. It's adjustable so I can tweak it to match the fronts. Just soft hard. Can't do anything about rebound rates etc.

Heard that at the highest setting for the KW on an F30 is till very low. Bad for those with MPerf body kit.

okay. found out they don't do the servicing here. can replace but quite costly. I know they do servicing in the US and definitely in Germany.

That's the price you have to pay for a slammed look.

not true 3K+ for titan.. ... superb handling.. servicable here and still get any height that i want.. which part of that is not a good enough reason ??
tested and proven in so many F30s...

seriously guys, go give it a try.
Was quoted quite a high price for it and not the 3k+. Even on the Titan vendor thread it states there RM5k+

Same like Bilstein here, they don't do servicing, have to look for someone who can service it.

Try calling this guy,his name is Rosdi at 011-2703 4525. He's located in Damansara Damai, Block C, Ground floor, CG-3, Jalan PJU 10/4C, Block Suria Shops, Damansara Damai.

He has 13 years with Speedworks PJ, doing all the Hotbits shocks and coilovers, from assembling to servicing so he's well versed and experienced. He services Konis, Teins, Bilstein, Gab, Ohlins, etc etc. He serviced my Bilstein coilovers for my E60 and also my Hotbits coilovers on my Alfa.

hmmmm i did mind with stock spring.. 3600

ooh that was before all the rest like kw/bilstein raised their price.. kekeke/
5k+ still lot less than 7-8K and not to mention more than 10K for m-perf

i think they should sell it higher.. so people who drives expensive cars have more confident in them .. LOL

Is yours the coilover or the standard absorbers? I am assuming the standard absorbers since you mentioned with stock spring.

Thank you Sir. That's good info. Spoke to the man. He said certain only certain models can be serviced. Not expensive.

Can I find out from you, the serviced Bilstein and the Hotbits .. did they perform like how they used to? How long did they last you after you serviced them?
