if you can get it in to malaysia. Anyone knows is there any Ronald Distributor in Malaysia

Havent decided yet.

Its about USD150 per rim = USD600 set of 4 = RM2200.

Then of course there is shipping charges and tax.

Anyway I have written to them(Ronal USA) and waiting for their response which I will share with u guys.

600 bucks in US isnt bad but after converting , shipping charges and tax well@#$%*.

I have also emailed a shop in Singapore, AUTOBACS VENTURE SINGAPORE PTE LTD which deals with Ronal wheels.

Anyway getting a good 15in second hand rim seems like the sensible alternative.

This is the reply I got from Ronal:-

Hello. We offer the LS, 15x7.5, 4x100 et25 for the car. Cost is $175 ea and s/h to MY is app. $75/wheel.

Gary Allison,
Ronal Wheels, USA

PH: 714-891-4853: FX: 714-897-5611

Ronal USA, offers their Aftermarket wheel-tire packages for most vehicles in
13-22" sizes.RONAL makes the wheels for virtually every car manufacturer, including MBZ,BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche, Saab, Volvo, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, etc.You can rely on the Quality of "Rims by RONAL"!

So US 175 + 75 x 4 = US1000=RM3800.......beyond my budget-lah.

that is pretty damn good for brand new rims including shipping man, have you checked if there is branch in singapore or australia.

i think got calculation error....you mean....US 175 X4 + 75 X4 =Us1000

Skar, u mean also USD1000.

How come u guys forget the cutom duty when it arrives in good ole Malaysia? if not wrong 30% on LANDED PRICE...so we are talking almost 5K......

Dream, dream, dream....

it was late at night

No news from Autobags but if can get from Singapore can save on transport and tax...just drive down to Singapore.

Latest from Ronal USA

You'd have to purchase the wheels directly from RONAL USA.
We can offer the wheels shipped direct to Malaysia for $200. ea, inc. s/h by
air freight.

USD200x 4 x3.8=RM3040

thats pretty reasonable for brand new rims including shipping.....hmmm maybe next time

RONAL GERMANY REPLIED:-

Thats a dissapointing reply.
For USD200x 4 x3.8=RM3040 is a good price.
I believe we still need to pay freight collect charges and engage a forwarding company to pick up the goods plus paying the 30% import tax into malaysia. If delivering to singapore, u need to pay 5%GST of the goods value and also need to freight collect also. So can you check wether RONAL USA is selling at USD200 per rims include shipping to our door or just to the freight collection centre.

Ronal IS NOT replica for any rims company...

RONAL manufacture rims for other brands but they do manufacturing and sell it as their own brand too.

Alpina rims called Alpina, but in fact there are made by Ronal.

AC schnitzer original rims are made by Ronal too..

Even the AMG rims, AMG wording is in front but there have a RONAL & logo written on the inner side of the rims too.

I believe some of them order original AC rims which made by Ronal as well will cost more than 20K for a set of 4 rims..

So don't feel dissapointed...

For USD200x 4 x3.8=RM3040 is a good price for a set of 4 X 15" rims.

Yes I got to get details on shipping.

Initially I was quoted USD175 per rim and USD 75 for shipping.

After i KIVed the matter as the shipping price was too high they reduced it to USD 25.

I hear in 2004 they had a promo for 4 rims @ USD500 = USD125 per rim.

Now if I could get them to seel it @ USD150 inc shipping, then it may happen.

Any hot stock market tips?
