You need to add spacers. The ET is different.

E46 offset is 47.

E34 offset is 20.

U r looking at minimum 1" spacer...very bad 4 da car!

E39 rims can fit into E34 with a cone but not the other way round because the hubsize of the E34 is smaller (72.5mm) compared to E39 (74mm).

Why not? The hub centre can be bored to fit E39. Go to the right shop and it can be done.
