rim fitment for standard 1984 4door E30

Still new to this car so appreciate if anyone could tell me the following:my rust-bucket 4dr E30 is stock apart from a set of lowering springs bought used from workshop i serviced the car and color is red as claim by workshop to be original color. Dont know what brand though. mechanic says german springs and it sits pretty low.Anyhow, I wish to fit 15 X 7 rims on the car. I found in the internet the Lenso brand has the model called "Eagle". Looks like BBS replicas to me. The specifications published in the internet shows they have +10, +20, +35 and +38 offsets for the 15x7 rims.I would like it to be close to fender but dont want to do body work. Also,I don't wish to use wheel spacers and I'd prefer a dish look with a deep lip.What offset is right for the car? Any Idea?Thanks in advance

for 15"...offset is 25mm. yes I mean 15x 7.

for 15x7, can use ET20 as well... but most E30 rims are ET25...

I used ET19 before for 15X7
