removing roundel..

anyone know how to take it off (the one on the bonnet)? Mine is scratched and just got a new one. wanted to change it myself.

since this thread is about roundel, can anyone enlighten me about the post-88 e30's rear roundel's size? I notice its different in size from the one in front. Can someone clarify this.

I need to replace my rear roundel as its color is chippin off, anyone got a spare at home for sale?
