Hi BMW323i2010...Quite unfortunate for you to experienced such issue when it comes to Comfort Access. I don't encounter such issue but I will tell you from my experience, the Comfort Access's performance is degraded if you keep it in the pocket together with your mobile phone. It work sometimes and it don't work sometimes. There seems to be a big interference. You need to keep them separate. For me, separating them solved the issue straight away.Hope this pointer helps.
