i guess normal oil and filter change is easy n the same anywhere u go, so the 2nd consideration is a good price. M-speed USJ is having some promotion now RM 150 for 4 litre fully synthetic castrol edge 5w-40 + oil filter + GT1 (inclusive of labour), check out E46 parts & maintenance to get the details n location
