Sound familiar?And so you see, because of this, in the equation of getting a quality car, the onus is upon the owners to ensure it; by complaining and sending the car in repetitively.....until they discover that their efficiency, productivity and ultimately sales, will be affected by  the time spent on listening to complaints, the time spent/wasted on remedial action and BMW owners discussing their car issues, here on the forum, in the showroom lounge or in the nearby mamak stalls - potentially warding off new clientele.</blockquote>
