This is due to the plastic holding bracket has broken off. I guess after 10 years of repeated on/off it tends to disintegrate. Refer to red circle below.To fix just get your standard bamboo chopstick, measure the length between the knob and the holding area and cut it. I used 2 sticks for this purpose. Refer to the yellow squares. How long this fix wil last?
